Update: Licensing Direct™ receives reply to Innovation Direct™ e-mail from 2 ERA member companies…
Good afternoon, Juan C. Blanco, Licensing Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in an update on the immediate dividends today’s Innovation Direct™ e-mail campaign is yielding. Earlier Tuesday, Licensing Direct™ received positive replies from two ERA member companies that had received correspondence from us earlier in the day, Factor Nutrition and Gaiam Direct Response. We’d reported on our correspondence to 10 ERA companies overall in a posting earlier today (http://licensingdirect.com/blog/?p=1389).
As per the communication received from Factor Nutrition, a Maine-based company that specializes in nutritional products for consumers of all ages, they are interested in speaking with a Licensing Direct™ representative tomorrow morning to further discuss how the companies may be able to mutually work together. Accordingly, a time frame for a conversation has already been established and agreed upon.
In the case of Gaiam Direct Response, their representative was able to detail the variety of product categories they are interested in reviewing product concepts in, as well as what their confidentiality policies are. Areas of interest for Gaiam include fitness, household, personal care and healthy living, and cooking items. The Licensing Direct™ representative that will be managing the company’s Innovation Direct™ account will begin preparations on their initial package as soon as possible.
