Update: Licensing Direct™ receives update from Tristar Products, Inc. regarding Innovation Direct™ package; invention material re-sent at company’s request…
Greetings, Juan C. Blanco, Licensing Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, back in the saddle with another Innovation Direct™-related update. Earlier Thursday, the Licensing Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct™ account of ERA D2C exhibitor Tristar Products, Inc. received a long-awaited reply from his contact at the firm regarding their evaluation of the preliminary, non-confidential information they’d been sent in their initial package on 10 inventions from our roster. We’d reported on our most recent follow-up attempt with this company in a January 25th entry (http://licensingdirect.com/blog/?p=1338).
As per the communication received via e-mail Thursday, the company representative had just returned from extensive travel and had therefore been unable to respond sooner. The gentleman also requested that the invention materials be re-sent, as he was not able to immediately locate the original correspondence that contained them. Our aforementioned colleague promptly complied with this request and we now await what we hope will be prompt and positive feedback.
